These are rates for 1-2 guests. For each additional guest add $50 per night.

There is an additional 12.5% USVI sales tax.

$300 security deposit is returned to you after your stay.

December 17th thru April 15th

$675 PER NIGHT for 1-2 guests

LOW SEASON SPRING

April 16st thru May 31s

$575 PER NIGHT for 1-2 guests

SUMMER

June 1st thru October 31st

$475 PER NIGHT for 1-2 guests

LOW SEASON FALL

November 1st thru December 16th

$575 PER NIGHT for 1-2 guests

* $50 per night for each additional guest beyond 2 guests
